Maxim „Max“ Kochetov was born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1979. From 1992 to 1995, he was studying saxofon on Kiev Institute of Music R.M.Glier. In the year 1997, he went to Erfurt in Germany to attend a summer course led by Zbigniew Namysłowski and John Taylor. He has been living and working in Serbia since mid-noughties. He became a member of Big Band of Radio Television Serbia in 2010 and soon after the first alto sax in this orchestra. In 2013, using a quartet formation Kochetov recorded the first album 13:30 in style of neo-bopp, which will be released by the newly established production of Rambo Amadeus – Hipišizik/Mascom.
